We assess structural integrity, remove debris, and carry out sealing or reinforcement work to maintain safe water control and flow management. TUF International’s dam and weir diving teams deliver structural condition assessments aligned to ICOLD guidelines and national dam safety regulations — providing operators with the evidence needed for safety reports, insurance compliance, and regulatory submissions.

From new installations to repairs, we position, secure, and test submerged pipelines and culverts to ensure watertight performance and durability. TUF International installs and rehabilitates culverts and submerged pipelines in concrete, HDPE, brick, and composite materials — using CIPP lining, spray lining, and sectional repair methods to extend asset service life without full excavation.

We inspect and clean bridge piers and underwater foundations, removing obstructions, documenting condition, and performing structural repairs where needed. TUF International’s bridge inspection divers produce condition surveys and defect maps for highway, railway, and pedestrian bridge substructures — with scour monitoring and repair works carried out in compliance with relevant bridge inspection standards and local authority requirements.

We place and finish concrete in submerged or tidal zones, applying sealing techniques to prevent leakage, improve strength, and extend the service life of structures. All underwater concrete operations comply with EN 206 and relevant structural specifications. TUF International uses anti-washout admixtures, tremie placement methods, and pressure grouting systems appropriate to the structural application — with post-placement NDT and as-built records provided as standard.
